These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of The Fountain Inn’s website and in-person bottle shop services in Washington, DC.

1. Purchase and Pickup

  • All bottle sales must be placed either online through our official website or in person at The Fountain Inn in Georgetown.

  • All orders must be picked up in person. We do not offer delivery or shipping services.

  • Customers must present valid, government-issued identification proving they are 21 years of age or older at the time of pickup.

2. Compliance with Law

  • All sales are subject to compliance with DC ABRA regulations and local laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.

  • The Fountain Inn reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to: failure to provide valid ID, signs of intoxication, or attempted purchase by minors.

3. Final Sale Conditions

  • Once an order is picked up, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not been picked up (see Refund Policy).

4. Website Usage

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information,

  • Use the site in compliance with local laws,

  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.
