Refund policy

At The Fountain Inn, we take pride in offering a curated selection of unopened bottles available for purchase through our in-house bottle shop. All sales are subject to the following return and refund policies, in accordance with applicable District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) guidelines.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

  • Unpicked Orders: Orders placed for unopened bottles that have not yet been picked up are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at (202) 290-1112 to request a cancellation.

  • Picked-Up Bottles: Once a bottle is picked up, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bottles that have left our establishment, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

  • Opened Bottles: For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any opened bottles under any circumstance.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged bottle upon pickup, please bring it to the attention of our staff immediately so we can assess the issue on-site. Refunds or replacements for damaged products are provided at our discretion and must be addressed before the product leaves the premises.
